Innovation on the battlefield, for the Joint Force and for the home front was the focus of a great panel discussion featuring LTG Scott Spellmon, PMP, 55th Chief of Engineers and Commanding General for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Dr. David Pittman, director of the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) and Director of R&D for USACE. The discussion, hosted by ERDC’s Annette Kirklin, was held at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) National Meeting in Washington, D.C.
