You can tell by the smiles that everyone there was so willing to help each other grow, learn and connect. Running numbers and to date, Recruit XL's average time to hire is 2.57 weeks! This includes some very tough searches and does not include our skilled and unskilled labor positions (manufacturing) which would have skewed it much lower. April 2024 saw a positive uptick in U.S. manufacturing employment, with 8,000 new jobs added to the sector, according to the latest report from the U.S. Department of Labor. While some subsectors experienced gains, others saw marginal changes. Non-durable goods led the pack with 7,000 new jobs, highlighting the resilience of this vital sector.
