“In 2019, I had the great pleasure of supporting Lucy directly on the Live Nation Sustainability Team during my EDF Climate Corps Fellowship. Lucy was an extraordinary and inspirational leader in the organization, actively bridging conversations to engage internal teams on sustainability. In our work together, she was a natural at finding a balance between ambitious climate goals with relevant business case. Her sense of practicality made her work and her words more respectable by many. It was a great experience supporting her in the creation of Live Nation's first GHG inventory for US venue operations, inclusive of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions with hotspot analysis. We also evaluated Science Based Targets and Carbon Disclosure Projects feasibility. Lucy had relationships with leading consultants in the field, and within a few months, she led multiple efforts to lay the foundation for a sustainability roadmap that Live Nation could readily adopt. Beyond her competence as a sustainability lead, I appreciated Lucy's patience and enthusiasm as a manager. I'd highly recommend Lucy as a leader, a colleague and a friend. ”
