The top reasons many don't seek treatment are 1) the negative social stigma attached to mental heath disorders and 2) the high cost and limited accessibility of mental health professionals nationally. The Go4Graham Foundation's mission is to help shred the stigma surrounding mental health through exercise, community, and education. I lead the Northwest Arkansas chapter and help shred the stigma in my local…
