  • Carnival Cruise Lines

    - Present

    Carnival retained our firm to staff over 300 positions for their PVP, call center in Miramar. We were able to exceed our target date and complete the project working closely with the Recruitment Manager, and team onsite. HRSSG Team sourced and pipelined to create a strong candidate funnel for the current recruitment need and future recruitment staffing.

    Onsite project to restructure, recruitment processes. Worked closely with Sally Buffkin, VP Human Resources to establish a lean recruitment process across corporate and auxiliary offsite locations. Reviewed ATS, and compliance procedures to create recruitment infrastructure across all footprint of the organization. Established onsite recruitment overflow team from HRSSG to expand band width and augment recruitment efforts onsite for Finance, IT and Operational recruitment.

Worked closely with HR Senior leadership to focus on delivering a business partner approach to leaders across the organization seeking to fill open positions across all operational centers.
