As a dynamic and results-driven professional, I bring extensive experience in membership management, customer service, strategic planning, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Membership at the Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC)®, I have successfully expanded our membership database from 200 to 1,500 members within one year. My role involves delivering high-end virtual customer service, leading annual conferences, developing enrollment and membership renewal campaigns, and creating impactful marketing materials.

With a strong background in communications and leadership, I excel in building and nurturing relationships, both internally and externally. I have a proven track record of increasing brand awareness through strategic social media campaigns, and I am adept at managing projects with budgets ranging from $5k to $20k. My previous roles as a Community Manager at the Institute for Diversity Certification (IDC)® and Education Advocate/Lead Organizing Supervisor with the Georgia Federation of Teachers have further honed my skills in project management, training, and policy development.

I hold an MBA from North Greenville University and a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE)® credential from the Institute for Diversity Certification. My educational background, combined with my professional experience, has equipped me with the tools and knowledge to drive membership growth, enhance member engagement, and support the overall mission of any organization I am part of.
