“I know Alison from working together in the late 1990s. She was a sales force then and a coaching force now. I’ll admit I was in a bit in the doldrums and needed to get out of my comfort zone. Yes, I know Alison but hadn’t talked with her in close to 30 years. I decided to get out of my comfort zone and reach out. Sounds easy but it isn’t. I was/am going through a variety of career snags at nearing 60 yrs old only working for start-ups (not a space for most people my age) among other life changes that made me question my role, value, and what I want as I wind down or wind up my career. In two sessions she helped me distill what I need to do to figure it out, continue using curiosity to get past the idea of “work” (I dislike that phrase of "you must do the work") and move forward with intentionality. No easy answers, no guarantee of success, but I like my direction. Thank you Alison!”
