Our goal was to distribute $ZEX to those who truly utilize our platform and share our vision. To achieve this, allocations were primarily driven by Z-Score, then fine-tuned to reward early supporters and active traders, minimizing the impact of farmers and sybils. With 80M $ZEX set aside for the Initial Airdrop, we are proud to say that 8% of our token supply is now in the hands of 80,000 Zeta users. 🚀 Driving a Long-Term Journey In conjunction with the airdrop, the vote-escrow model introduced by $ZEX allows not only to reward everyone who actively participated in our journey, but to reward those that stick around and help the growth and governance infinitely more. Over the next 90 epochs, 300M $ZEX is allocated to fuel platform incentives. Rewards have already started with the Genesis Epoch, featuring 8M $ZEX up for grabs for our traders. - From Epoch 1 onwards, $ZEX stakers will enjoy boosted trading rewards, proportional to their gZEX holding (more $ZEX staked & longer duration = greater benefits) - As we transition to a DAO-governed protocol, $ZEX stakers will also be able to propose, discuss, and vote on Zeta’s future developments (market listings, incentive emissions, etc.). What a month! 💥 June wrapped up with a bang, with the $ZEX Airdrop & a new ATH in the books: over 220k Monthly Active Users on Zeta! A +77% jump from our previous record in May. Big thanks to everyone in the Zeta fam for being part of these milestones. 🚀 💜

The first 24 hours of Airdrop Claims have been pure fire! 🔥 Highlights: 🥩 Out of the 80M $ZEX allocated to 80,000 users, 17.6M has been claimed and over 10.5M staked! 💎🙌 In fact, 45.3% of airdrop claim participants chose to Diamond Hand and stake their airdrop to receive the staking airdrop coming up at the end of Genesis Epoch. 👐 Running an airdrop is not easy and having support & integration from friends like Phantom, Raydium Protocol, Kamino, Jupiter Exchange, Solflare Wallet, Backpack, Jito, AssetDash, really reminded us how amazing the Solana builder ecosystem is. 💜 The team received many kind words from the community, as well as wide coverage from the likes of Cointelegraph The Defiant, The Block, Decrypt, Yahoo Finance. 👀 While 22% of all airdrop allocation has been claimed so far, there are still several days to go to the claim, leading to the Staking Airdrop on the 25th of July 2024.
