A good script and call cadence are cool, but at the end of the day, sales is all about volume. Only 5% of your prospective customers are in the buying window at any given time. The best call script isn’t going to convert someone who isn’t in the market for what you’re selling. An average email or call with someone already interested will get you a meeting. As much as we like to make sales complex, it really comes down to reaching the right prospect at the right moment. And the best way to improve your odds of reaching that right prospect at the right time is to constantly be prospecting, qualifying, and reaching out. Sales is just math.

Hey Raleigh, it's really happening! We're opening a new 321 Coffee on NC State's centennial Campus (the coolest full-circle moment EVER), and it is OFFICIALLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION! These projects take a LONG time. Finding the right location (let's hear it for Amy Watkins, and Paul Pierron), drafting and reviewing a lease (all the love to Jonathan M. Bogues), lining up contractors (looking at you Shelley McPhatter), etc. But the little moments feel SO good to see progress is moving forward! In the meantime, the 321 Coffee Cart will be on-site to get people excited and share a taste of what is to come ☕ Stay tuned for more updates, and get pumped! Keeping the Durham adventure going! Got to take part in Will & Well Salads’ Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting event as one of the newest businesses at Boxyard in Research Triangle Park! As someone who doesn’t consider himself a salad guy, I was blown away. Unlike any salad place I’ve been to before. Ponce DeLeon Tidwell, Jr and Rosalind Mitchell, MA, LPC, NCC have created something special. Looking forward to watching this place takeoff.
