Three WCA members collaborated on a luxury residential project that is generating major buzz! RPW Group and The NRP Group broke ground on a five-story, 200-unit apartment complex at 1 Webb Ave in Harrison, and Zarin & Steinmetz represented them during the project approval process. The building, which will be LEED Silver certified, features green building design, is close to train stations, and features indoor/outdoor amenities. Five percent of units are to be priced as affordable. Kudos to the team for providing modern, affordable housing in Westchester for the local workforce.
