Our teachers, who we refer to as Career Coaches, help teach and train our new drivers while helping them prepare for life on the road. Scott Hatchett has been a Career Coach since October of 2023, and since then, has upgraded six students to first seat drivers. He shares some of the top advice he gives his students during the teaching process in the video below. We are so thankful for our Career Coaches and the hard work they put in to train and educate the next generation of drivers.
