Urban Wellness provides individual, couples and family therapy at our three Chicago locations. We offer community and clinical education through our UW Academy, and expert wellbeing consultation and support for businesses though our Wellbeing at Work initiative. We call Edison Park, Sauganash and Old Irving Park our homes, but our reach is far beyond Chicago. Our community webinars have been accessed nationwide and our Wellbeing at Work Initiative can support organizations anywhere in the world as they engage in the essential work of cultivating mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. Our mission is to make wellness a down-to-earth practice, and we strive to eliminate mental health stigma and make wellness part of the conversation; at home, in the community, and in the workplace.

I just wanted to take a moment to reintroduce ourselves! This page is a bit dusty...so let's refresh!! Urban Wellness is a clinician-focused, woman, neurodivergent (AuDHD), lesbian owned group private practice in Chicago on a mission to eliminate mental health stigma by creating awareness of, appreciation for, and acceptance of mental health self-care. We strive to help members of our communities reconnect with the things that are truly important and thrive both in their own lives and in their relationships. Our team is multicultural and inclusive. Our clinicians represent a wide range of racial and ethnic groups and religions. Our diversity includes clinicians who identify as Black, Asian, Latinx, LGBTQ, 1st generation citizens, as neurodiverse and more. We make wellness a down-to-earth practice starting in-house with the team that we have built. But who are we really?? We are a group of people, all kinds of people trying to help other people be the best versions of themselves. We are human, flawed, and imperfect.
