May is mental health awareness month. It is an opportunity to reflect, raise awareness, and advocate for the many people around the world who are affected in some way by mental illness. Together we can help empower and uplift each other to show our support to our fellow man. Let's fight the stigma together. Take a moment to tell someone you care about them. You are #morethanenough #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealthmatters.

"May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, a time to shed light on the importance of sun safety and early detection. Did you know that skin cancer is one of the most preventable types of cancer? Here are a few simple tips to protect your skin: 1. Wear sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every day, even on cloudy days. 2. Seek shade, especially during the peak hours of 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 3. Cover up with clothing, hats, and sunglasses to protect your skin and eyes. 4. Avoid indoor tanning beds, as they can significantly increase your risk of skin cancer. Early detection is key! Be sure to regularly check your skin for any changes or unusual spots and see a dermatologist if you notice anything concerning. Let's spread awareness and prioritize our skin health this month and beyond! #SkinCancerAwareness #ProtectYourSkin #SunSafety"
