Front End, Assembly & Test, and Smart Manufacturing / AI engineers are in especially high demand. • Nike has grown its Instagram followers by an impressive +47.9% over the past two years - an important indicator of brand positioning and consumer preferences.  Instagram followers for lululemon and Adidas are up by +21.6% and +10.2%, respectively, over the same time period. • BioNTech's business outlook is down -26.3% over the past two years, according to anonymous employees on Glassdoor, as the company adjusts to a post-COVID world. The business outlook at FedEx (-12.1%) and Tencent (-9.3%) has also dropped significantly. • The number of Apple App Store Ratings for PDD Holding's Temu - a proxy for app popularity - is up by +9.9% in just 6 months.
