Have you ever worked somewhere for a decade, left that place, had some time to reflect and rest, and then get to interview all your old coworkers and support the writing of a report on what could be done to improve that place? I have! Dream project. So grateful to get to partner with the Controller's Office of the real world in SPUR. Alicia John-Baptiste is still a great leader just like she was back in the day when she was Chief of Staff at MTA and I was a policy analyst supporting her work on the Transportation Task Force 2030. Grateful to have gotten to know the wonderful, smart, and collaborative Sarah Karlinsky and Nicole Neditch through this project. And of course grateful to the EQ team and getting to work with other CCSF experts in Marisa Pereira Tully and Sami Iwata. I wish the CCSF all the best and hope to see many of these recommendations implemented. I know there are still so many wonderful, hard working folks there and I'm so appreciative many of them were willing to speak to us for this scope of work. All policy nerd friends - check this report out! #goodgovernment #eqcollab
Excited to share SPUR's latest report with ideas to improve how government works in San Francisco. Really appreciate the collaboration from the many leaders and practitioners we worked with to develop this! https://lnkd.in/gP6H8_ZD SPUR
