Sioux Falls and surrounding communities have faced unprecedented damage due to recent record-breaking rainfall. We at Sammons Financial Group were deeply saddened to hear about the destruction, particularly the impact on our community partner Camp Leif Ericson's campgrounds. In response to this disaster, we are committed to supporting the community's rebuilding efforts. We are pledging a total of $20,000, with $10,000 going to Camp Leif Ericson and an additional $10,000 to the local American Red Cross.

Huge thanks to our amazing employees who volunteered at the Sammons Financial Group's booth for Iowa Juneteenth Observance's Neighbor's Day celebration! It was a fantastic day filled with community spirit and engagement. #Juneteenth 

For #FathersDay, we've handed the mic over to the kids, and they're here to tell us all about what they think their dads do at work. Expect loads of cute moments, a few wild guesses, and plenty of laughs as these little ones describe a day in the life of their dads.

Iowa Economic Development Authority's Insure Your Future program, designed to introduce undergraduate students to the insurance industry and equip them with valuable leadership skills, recently kicked off its 2024 season. We were honored to host the first session, which featured remarks from program developer Michael Gould and West Des Moines Mayor Russ Trimble. Our very own Anne Cooper, PhD, and Robert TeKolste also helped kick off the event.   This program is a great opportunity for college students to learn about the insurance field and build a successful career.

The Sioux Falls office fired up the grills for an indoor "BBQ-nnections" bash! This event furthered office connections through team-based activities and was full of fun games, good food, and prizes.
