Have you ever wondered how tumor cells accumulate mutations, and the impact of those mutations on cancer progression? Researchers at Harvard and Boston Children's Hospital have successfully used the Singulator Platform to isolate cells from precious samples to figure that out, and also created a new detection methodology to enable characterization of somatic copy number alterations (CNAs) at the single-cell level. Congrats to these researchers! https://hubs.la/Q02F5W-S0 #neuroscience #singlecell
