Per noi, che non potevamo mancare, c'era Simona Sordelli, Marketing & Communication Manager di Rancilio Group Le bevande sono principalmente a base vegetale, pensate per chi ha intolleranze o segue diete particolari, e la tecnologia di #RancilioSpecialty RS1 è sfruttata al massimo per esaltare le note dello specialty, bilanciando ogni tazzina per offrire un'esperienza unica e coerente. Andrea Guerra di LA TOSTERIA, torrefazione toscana che ha supportato lo sviluppo del progetto, spiega che la collaborazione è iniziata con Andrea De Bellis, formatore di locali di alta fascia in Spagna, incontrato durante un corso a Barcellona. Da quell'incontro è nata l'idea di aprire una caffetteria-pasticceria a Roma. Marco e Ani, due dei quattro soci di Libera, sono stati formati presso l'accademia di La Tosteria, acquisendo competenze tecniche e spunti su come valorizzare le bevande raccontandole ai clienti.
