Since our investment in 2017, Globeducate has expanded from 21 schools with around 11,000 students in 4 countries to a network of 65 schools educating over 40,000 students in 11 countries. Since its establishment in 2017 by Providence, Superstruct has grown organically and through acquisitions into one of the world’s premier live entertainment groups, owning and operating a well-diversified portfolio of festivals across music genres and geographies.   Providence’s Senior Managing Director and Director, Andrew Tisdale and Daniel Zwicky shared that they are “incredibly proud of the rapid growth and success Superstruct has achieved since its inception,” and added that “We are confident that with KKR’s support, Superstruct will continue to thrive.”    Congratulations to everyone involved! Women’s History Month is an opportunity for us to recognize the expansive community of women we have at our firm. Our Women’s Roundtable is committed to fostering professional and personal development opportunities and cultivating leaders at all levels. The Roundtable hosts a recurring Women’s Thought Summit, an interactive and creative workshop meant to inspire participants to identify and embrace the leader within. This year, the firm partnered with Mindr, a global thought leader that supports organizations in creating inclusive workplaces, to host the Lenses of Leadership event. Throughout the session, women explored the various lenses and perspectives that inform the way we approach our work. Through these discussions, we identified that what we perceive makes us different also brings us together, further building on the strong community of women we have today. Providence is proud of the strides we have made to elevate women in our firm and look forward to the future impact these efforts have on our industry. #womenshistorymonth
