Women’s History Month is an opportunity for us to recognize the expansive community of women we have at our firm. Our Women’s Roundtable is committed to fostering professional and personal development opportunities and cultivating leaders at all levels. The Roundtable hosts a recurring Women’s Thought Summit, an interactive and creative workshop meant to inspire participants to identify and embrace the leader within. This year, the firm partnered with Mindr, a global thought leader that supports organizations in creating inclusive workplaces, to host the Lenses of Leadership event. Throughout the session, women explored the various lenses and perspectives that inform the way we approach our work. Through these discussions, we identified that what we perceive makes us different also brings us together, further building on the strong community of women we have today.
