We are excited about our Annual Pilea VC Retreat this September — our favorite event of the year! Last year, we had an incredible time in Napa exploring integrative leadership, founder support, and how to improve the world of VC with an inspiring group of GPs and Platform champions. This year, we’re headed to Ojai 😍 to soak up some natural beauty and immerse ourselves in new ways of operating in the VC space. Our theme this year is ‘Business as Unusual.’ We will play with concepts like autobiographical company building, systems work, and mind-body practices that will support investors (and their founders) in building high-performing cultures without burning people out!
