17 years ago, Jan Jacobs and Leo Premutico sat down for pizza at the iconic Lil’ Frankie’s on the LES, to manifest a master plan for their dream agency. And manifest it they did! Last Thursday, we came back to the nexus of the universe (1st and 1st), as one large group, to reflect on and celebrate this moment. With a napkin, a pen, and a dream, they set out to create an agency that would be a temple of creativity--where the consumer wasn't just a box we checked off, but rather, the nucleus that every idea would be shaped around. People, themselves, would live at the heart of everything they created. Here we are today, continuing to bring that vision to life. Harnessing the power of our independence, and working with world renowned clients, constantly evolving, growing, and taking new shape because of the special humans that occupy our walls everyday. A special shout out to Grace M. for making our first founder's day a reality and to Zoe Kessler, Morgan Cicchetti and Hannah Schumann for bringing this amazing day to life.
