As someone with profound bilateral high-frequency hearing loss, I struggle on the phone, even with my hearing aids’ Bluetooth connectivity. Accents, high-pitched voices, and the inability to lip-read make it challenging. Thankfully, InnoCaption is a game-changer. Not only is it FREE, since it is funded by The Federal Communications Commission (FCC), but it also provides the accessibility I need by utilizing the live captions and live stenographers. I am proud to announce this partnership between HearsDustin and InnoCaption and hope this becomes a new resource to you, too!
