Philanthropy DMV members are invited to join a special activation event hosted by PDMV’s Housing Justice Working Group in partnership with HAND and the Urban Institute. Three years after its inaugural release in March 2021, with four years of data, HAND will share an updated version of the Housing Indicator Tool with funders. The tool holds all of us accountable to addressing housing affordability with information on progress towards regional housing production goals that are based on local projections on household growth. The tool also highlights policies that support the production and preservation of affordable housing and the protection of residents from discrimination and displacement.
