    This duplex ADU was approved for permits this week on a 4-unit multifamily building in Burbank. The project features two new construction ADUs, built over four parking garages on the first story. Each ADU is designed with 1bd/1ba layout in 400sf of living space. We are looking forward to seeing this project break ground! 🏠x2
