The Frederick Douglass Tunnel Program will do more for Baltimore than just give a much needed update to the infrastructure running under the city. A renovated West Baltimore MARC station is also on the way and will serve as a transit hub to Baltimore, Penn Station, and Washington D.C. Renderings of the new station were recently released to the public, but Baltimore Region Investment Summit attendees got an early preview from Amtrak Assistant Vice President, Frederick Douglass Tunnel Program Luigi Rosa.
