Meet Reiko, our Director of Coffee Programs! 👋 Reiko has been with us for over four years, training baristas, sharing coffee and product info, and researching flavor combinations to craft different beverage experiences. In her free time, she loves to garden and spend time outdoors, and since she’s also a certified ski instructor, that includes hitting the slopes! Say hello to Harry! Harry is our Production Manager. His favorite coffees are Colombia Supremo and Organic Honduras. When he was 7 years old he developed a passion for skateboarding. He is also a lover of art and even studied it in college! Harry is a dedicated family man and treasures every moment spent with his three children, his grandchild, and his mom. Say hello to Kristin! Kristin is our Manager of Logistics and Accounts Receivable. She has a passion for cooking and baking, whether it’s her own recipes or trying to recreate a dish she had while eating out. When it comes to coffee, she gravitates towards coffees from Mexico, Costa Rico, and Colombia — and she can never turn down a good honey-processed coffee! Kristin also loves spending time with her family, friends and dog (but not necessarily in that order 😂) And, during football season, you’ll find her catching the NC State games! Our Fortuna team feels like family.
