Within a year, he advanced to the role of breakfast cook. Over time, Romeo refined his skills, mastering the art of breakfast cuisine and delighting guests. Last year marked a pivotal milestone in Romeo's career when his hard work and talent earned him a promotion to Breakfast Lead Cook. In his leadership role, Romeo ensures every dish served is the pinnacle of quality and taste. Romeo finds fulfillment in crafting unforgettable dining experiences and takes pride in seeing familiar faces return year after year. For Romeo, witnessing guests’ satisfaction is the most gratifying aspect of his work. Jack Curtis is a cherished member of the Embassy Suites family celebrating over 30 years of dedication to our brand. His career in hotels began in 1994 at Embassy Suites in Salt Lake City, fresh from his time working aboard a cruise ship. He quickly rose through the ranks, serving as Assistant General Manager and General Manager in various locations including where an unexpected spark ignited—he met his wife while working at Embassy Suites Overland Park!    Jack recounts an anecdote about a front desk supervisor who once rushed to Nordstrom to purchase a tie for a distressed guest before an important meeting. This act of kindness exemplifies Embassy Suites' ethos—going above and beyond for guests.   Jack currently serves as a Director of Quality Assurance for Hilton. Reflecting on his time with Embassy Suites, he says the brand's essence remains unchanged—a warm, family-oriented culture. Proudly leading the team at Embassy Suites Monterey Bay Seaside, Teri personifies the brand's commitment to exceptional hospitality. When Teri started as a front desk clerk at Embassy Suites San Diego La Jolla, the brand had less than 200 hotels and booking was done through direct hotel calls. Teri fondly recalls the vibrant changes within the brand since then, from adapting to market demands to major property renovations. One defining aspect of Embassy Suites for Teri is its enduring culture of warmth and hospitality. Team Members proudly refer to themselves as "Green Bleeders," reflecting their enduring brand pride and camaraderie.
