More construction progress at The Foundry in Boston's Seaport District! DREAM Collaborative, LLC is partnered with SGA (Boston | New York) on this new life science campus for Marcus Partners that will serve as the new home for Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. The Foundry is the first development project to commit to the City of Boston's Climate Resilience Infrastructure Fund, which will provide financial support to mitigate the impacts of sea level rise and impacts of climate change for all tenants within the Raymond L. Through adaptive reuse, DREAM helped Northeastern University Experiential Digital Global Education (EDGE) create a new recording studio for both educational and institutional needs. The EDGE recording studio provides a functional and flexible home within the iconic I.M. 2147 Washington Street construction continues to progress! DREAM Collaborative, LLC is overseeing the construction of this new development that will provide 62 affordable rental units and 12 for-sale condos, all marketed primarily for local artists and individuals engaged in the neighborhood’s creative economy, as well as a new home for Haley House. Being built to Passive House standards, this project contributes to the revitalization of Nubian Square through economic development, affordable housing, and sustainable building practices.
