Companies are unlocking large efficiency gains with simple AI implementations 🚀 We ran a survey with executives and operating partners and wanted to share a couple of insights: 1️⃣ Customer support and marketing, areas with often easier AI implementation, are seeing some of the largest efficiency gains. Interestingly, these functions not only benefit from generic AI models like ChatGPT but also find significant value in specialized tools tailored to their unique needs, driving an average of 30% efficiency gains. 2️⃣ Each business area leverages AI differently, revealing diverse efficiency improvements. Our findings highlight that while foundational AI models broadly apply across sectors, the magic often lies in selecting the right tool for specific tasks, demonstrating the importance of matching AI capabilities with business requirements. 3️⃣ Staying ahead hinges on simple AI solutions.
