It is important to make a plan for taking breaks, especially for individuals with chronic diseases like kidney disease. With careful planning and preparation, you can still enjoy activities that are important to you, such as traveling. Make sure to check out our travel tips throughout the month of July. TIP: It is recommended to carry a card with important health information and your doctor's contact details, recent lab results, and medical records.
