AI Sight - Offers a precise, low-cost, web-based diagnostic tool for diabetic screening, addressing workforce shortages globally. This University of Liverpool spin-off aims to reduce sight loss in vulnerable groups through early diagnosis and timely interventions.
Currant Care - An innovative health tech startup, creating non-invasive sensor solutions, including Sensora—a patient monitoring device. It addresses the growing demand for elderly care by utilizing machine learning for remote care, easing caregiver burdens, and boosting efficiency.
DermaSense - Producing advanced sensors for the diabetes-1 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) market. These sensors, attached to the arm or stomach, enhance accuracy and sensitivity compared to current models, improving CGM performance.
Digital Language Partners - Developing AI-driven software for customer contact services. Chatbot+™ is a multilingual virtual assistant for online customer interactions. Livechat+™ translates web-chat conversations in 100+ languages, aiming to cut operational costs, promote self-service, enhance customer experience, and facilitate effective AI adoption.
Emerging Data Technologies - Liverpool based start-up dedicated to advancing AI and machine learning in 2024. With a focus on sustainable growth, they aim to introduce predictive analytics models to the advanced manufacturing sector, enhancing efficiency and innovation.
