We are thrilled to announce the success of our recent Insurtech Clinic, where three outstanding Insurtechs presented their propositions and sought feedback on their challenges to our esteemed panel of Camelot experts.
Here’s a summary of the exciting propositions that were presented:
🎉Kevin Freeman, Director of Digital Language Partners, showcased how they have developed two customer contact tools built on GenAI. Both are designed to help operations reduce operational cost, increase capabilities, and reduce customer effort.
Chatbot+™ : An online virtual assistant (chat bot) that requires little integration and can converse in over 100 languages seamlessly. A brilliant 'concierge' to websites to give users information fast through conversational AI. Can be built around operation's brand Tone of Voice, and services.
Livechat+™ : A real-time translation tool for web chat interactions between customer and advisor. Able to converse in over 120 languages enabling operations to handle live chats irrespective of the language or native language speakers available. Bespoke lexicons & Tone of Voice can be built to reflect the specific business it represents.
🎉Ulrich Zink, Co-founder of Arizeo, demonstrated how Arizeo enables the digital transformation the insurance landscape has been calling for. Their innovative SaaS platform is designed to revolutionise operational efficiency and customer satisfaction for independent brokers and MGAs. Arizeo is aiming to transform the insurance landscape with its lean operational model and focus on organic growth which will empower brokers and MGAs with advanced tools typically reserved for industry giants.
🎉Kim Chimsasa FIA CERA & Rumbi Mutenga, Co-founders of Glacie Health, explained
“At Glacie Health, we are building healthcare that offers comprehensive support for women at every stage of their lives. Our tech-enabled women’s health and reproductive insurance helps women and those assigned female at birth to access quality and affordable healthcare when they need it most. Through our technology leveraging data and clinical best practice, we offer a truly personalised patient journey tailored to the health experiences of each individual with a focus on holistic and preventative care. We are designing our solution with one mission in mind – to create a healthcare system that truly caters to the needs of women.”
Valuable feedback was provided during the session. Insurtech’s always receive a copy of the chat transcript, allowing them to follow up with the experts offline and build meaningful connections.
