Compass Family Services reposted this
“I feel like I failed my kids,” says Teniah Tercero, breaking into tears as she talked about how she hates exposing her three young daughters to the open drug use of the city’s gritty Tenderloin neighborhood where they sleep at a shelter. Since January, a group of eight San Francisco mothers have met regularly as part of local nonprofit Compass Family Services’s pilot program to share their stories and learn to advocate for the needs of families like theirs experiencing homelessness. https://bit.ly/3W7p6QM

Recently, the San Francisco Giants invited a group of Compass families from The Margot to come Take the Field. The kids were able to come on to the field and each received a signed baseball from the players. THANK YOU SF Giants!!
