Check out this exciting video of Riverwalk Labs in Bedford, Massachusetts! This transformative, 168,000-square-foot life sciences and manufacturing facility features high-end amenities and flexible lab/office floor plans. Ci provided architectural, lab planning and interior design services alongside Redgate, J. Calnan & Associates, Inc., Avid Engineers, Optimum Asset Management S.A. and AEW to redevelop 14-16 Oak Park Drive. The wellness-focused facility also offers a fitness center, meditation room, café and lounge, an outdoor dining terrace, pickleball and basketball courts, and a bike storage area to support recreational activity and leisure.
