🚗 Last week we hit the road to beautiful Provincetown for our first "Best Eras Tour" stop.(See what we did there 😉 ) We worked with a great firm, focused on family law, who are in that awkward stage of growth many lawyers face. They were afraid of growing too fast and losing the culture that means so much to them. We spent a whole day working with their team and took them through Best Era's operating system, a process we call "The Way". Together, we set and defined their company's core values, their vision(or as we like to call it, their Destination), and planned out their next two years of growth through strategic systems of marketing, operations and finance. The team left that day empowered and excited for their company's future, and even walked away with their newest hire joining the team that they had been putting off for too long!
