Dr. Ryan Saxe was sworn in as our next Superintendent of Schools by the Honorable Judge Bridget Cohee of the 23rd Judicial Circut at Monday’s Regular Board of Education Meeting. Dr. Saxe has 19 years of experience in education and was recently recognized by the West Virginia Association of School Administrators as the 2024 West Virginia State Superintendent of the Year! Two board members were also sworn in last night for their second terms. Melissa Powers has been a board member for 2 years and Micheal Martin has been a board member for 4 years. 2022 Bond Project Spotlight: Martinsburg High School Restrooms and Concessions Stand Exciting news – the renovation of Martinsburg High School's concession stand and restrooms is complete! This project provided new equipment and important facility upgrades, which will improve our concessions operations. Our concession stand volunteers can now provide quicker service feeding our student-athletes and fans, and it's all thanks to your support of the November 2022 Bond Call. THANK YOU!
