Paving the way for The Sylvan, Marquette Companies’ build-to-rent development. Phase 1 - Framing is complete. Roofing, Hardie façade & MEPF’s are proceeding nicely. Phase 2 - Framing is underway. Phase 3 - Paving is finishing this week. This 300-unit master-planned community designed by Kahler Slater will have 68 single family homes and a mix of “Big House” concepts and townhomes. Centralized amenities include a resident clubhouse, leasing center, pool, pickleball courts and fitness center with a fully-equipped gym, yoga studio and spa with a sauna and cold plunge tub. https://lnkd.in/gZBq4DvK

Our Community team serves various non-profit sectors completing more than 1 million square feet of community centers, liturgical buildings, performance venues, camps and private schools over the last decade.
