One of my favourite learning/teaching approach is by far social learning but it can be challenging to sustain over time, and keeping the initiatives vibrant and engaging can be difficult. Moreover costumers can be hesitant to deploy that type of pedagogical device. This type of approach is particularly compatible with implementing informal learning methods. Establishing communities of practice or interest is especially effective in environments where the sharing of experience and knowledge is sought after (such as healthcare, technical fields, etc.), as seen with patient websites or LinkedIn.
Incorporating continuous feedback mechanisms is vital for both learners and educators. For learners, regular assessments and progress tracking help maintain momentum and highlight areas that need improvement. For educators, feedback from learners can guide course adjustments and enhancements. Implement surveys, suggestion boxes, or direct messaging features to gather learner input. This ongoing dialogue ensures that your digital learning experience remains relevant, effective, and aligned with learner needs.
