You don't win big by eliminating every small risk, you win big by going for the major win. Just like a football team has defence and attack. No team ever won the league on defence only. Of course you need to find a way to balance both, but you need to be on the attack.

One of the best ways I've found to reflect is to journal and write down my thoughts. It helps to crystallise my thoughts and get it off my chest. It also gives me a load of new ideas and ways of thinking.

Two things I do is: - Meditate and - Walk 10k steps a day - Visualise and Sleep on it - bring up the outcome you want and play it, like a movie, in your mind just before going to bed. This uses the subconscious to have new ideas and solutions. It's amazing how clearly you think and how these things change your energy and help you solve problems that would have been hard before.
