Un des problèmes majeurs des universités françaises est que les professeurs et les chargés de TD ne sont pas formés à la pédagogie en général et donc encore moins aux nouveaux outils d'apprentissage. En tout cas, dans les facs de droit que je connais bien, chaque professeur élabore son cours dans son coin sans aucune formation pour ce faire et sans obligation de respecter les bases de l'ingénierie pédagogique.
