Leadership, Education, and Athletics in Partnership (LEAP) is looking for a Managing Director of Finance!

As the Managing Director, Finance at LEAP, the individual will play a crucial role in steering the organization towards its strategic objectives. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, they will oversee financial and administrative functions, crafting and executing comprehensive financial strategies aligned with LEAP's mission. Their leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic financial planning, managing financial operations, optimizing costs, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in finance administration, strategic planning, and leadership, with a proactive approach to navigating nonprofit financial management complexities. They will be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence and operational efficiency within the finance department, while also collaborating effectively with other departments. Their role is pivotal in ensuring LEAP's financial health and administrative functions, laying the groundwork for continued success and impact in the community.
