The service was good. The restaurants were very good . The extras they charged for were unexpected and put a damper on the stay. They charged to reserve seats at the only pool that had sunshine in the morning. This created a very early morning line waiting for the door to open and guests racing to get one of only 8 “free” chairs .
Check out is currently a mess, with there billing
Poor poor poor customer service. This was always our go to Vegas hotel since 2007. They lost a repeat customer. Dirty filthy smelly outdated room with rickety beds.
We were moved from the Palazzo to the Venezia for unclear reasons. The distance between both is almost 1 km The restaurants have too low capacity versus the number of people in the hotel complex. The Valet parking at the Venetian/Venzia was not up to the job, and had TOO LITTLE capacity causing wait times for us, at multiple times for our rental car ... The rooms are getting old.
Cons. Resort fee is a scam. If it's required why is it not included in the price of the hotel.
Pros. Location
Cons. The room service pepole for dining wasn't politely and after one hour when we called and asked for our food they told if you are not happy for delay you can cancel it . It was 10 pm so as we cancel the order as we had no other option and they did not care that we have 2 small kids . When we called to hotel front desk for problem and what happend they to kitchen is not their responsibility! So most important is gambling there than people who goes for vacation! Also they charge resort fee that don't make sense for$45/night and for more benefits they add tax also if you Google it you will see it is not fair .
Pros. Room was amazing
Cons. Could have had a fridge and a microwave
Pros. loved really everything!
Cons. hmmm, nothing really
Cons. The WiFi
Cons. 20 restaurants and none were very good. Very expensive and not great
