Booked using getaroom thru kayak, there was no mention of additional charges anywhere. But during checkin we were charged extra for the resort fee. Other sites like Expedia shows all the fees clearly. This is like a trap to get you book thinking you got a great deal.
The dealer manager that has bunch sarcoma is disrespectful, terrible, mean, and unprofessional
Everything was great except parking. I signed in through the app I always valet park. In the app I choose valet which Linq does not have. Why valet is offered through the app is beyond me. On website it says scan room card parking will be charged by day to room. Room card did not work was charged eighteen dollars every time I left instead of twenty-five dollars per day. That is my only complaint, otherwise would of given excellent.
Adult only pool was a disappointment
Great location for our trip. It was my first time staying at the Linq. It was what I expected. The one good thing that stood out was how quiet it was on my floor. The worse thing about the Linq was the amount of speed bumps to get from Las Vegas Blvd to the parking garage.
Hotel is okay but no consistency regarding entry to the pool . Resort fee is ~$50. Stayed 5 days. First day took protein bar, pringles, reign and sours. Bag checked, no issue. Day two, same thing but can’t take Reign in. Took it back to the room. Day three, not allowed anything…. No consistency. Waited for a manager for 15mins and then was let in. By this time I obviously was not in the mood to lay by the pool but stayed for a bit. Definitely will not be back here again or recommend to anyone. Messed up the rest of my day and stay. They need better training and use common sense. There is a huge billboards at the pool with rules but nothing about bringing in a bit of candy. What it does say is no drinking in the pool which everyone is and was doing. Seems like they only apply rules when they want to or maybe just not friendly towards gay guests.
Great location, nice experience. Only complaint is no one cleaned out room. Even after making several calls.
Cons. Nothing in the room. Not a piece of paper or pen. Nothing about the Strip. Even the soap and shampoo were nailed down. Clean but nothing could be messy. There were no services unless you went down to the reservation desk to get help. Never got the last wake up call. No Concierge, no nothing. All the other hotels staff were great for help.
Pros. The location in the middle of the strip with the line promenade was the best part.
Cons. The room was extremely average with a wall for a view, and the pool was extremely crowded plus there was an early check in fee even though we arrived at 11:30 am.
Pros. Nothing
Cons. Air conditioner was old, made a loud noise very inconvenient, beds were very small, paid for a strip view, nothing near strip view, total loss of my money's worth! Never going back
