RESEARCH & EVALUATION DIRECTOr

The Research Director, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for leading our research and evaluation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing research studies, conducting program evaluations, and analyzing data to inform decision-making. The Research and Evaluation Director will be responsible for leading a collaborative team of researchers and evaluators, managing research projects from conception to completion, and providing strategic guidance based on research findings. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, as well as a commitment to using evidence-based practices to drive organizational effectiveness and impact. Salary: Anticipated starting salary starts is $80,000 and is commensurate with experience.
