First established in July of 2022, the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant (VPRG ) was created to provide funding to assist in the refurbishment of vacant and derelict homes.
The scheme, which is also known as Croí Cónaithe, is funded by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, but is administered through the local authorities.
