The Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant has the potential to transform rural Ireland and bring life back to struggling towns and villages.

That is according to Carmel Kilcoyne, a Senior Executive Officer in the Housing Section of Galway County Council, who deals directly with the scheme and believes it could be a game-changer for rural Ireland.
