Charles Soule answered Thomas's question: First of all, I have to say you're one of the best writers I have had the pleasure of discovering in the past few years. My big question isn't that big actually but I am curious about it: you sometimes use italics for whole chapters? I was curious why as I also use italics in some of my writings. When I do it, it's usually so the reader will pay closer attention. Is it something like that? This is just a feel thing. I'm heavily trained in music, so the rhythm of the pages and sentences and passages is always on my mind.
