This was one of the sweet sky I had at death valley. I had almost 3 days long of high clouds hanging around the area. This particular spot is about 1 mile north of badwater parking area.

These trees in my back yard were filled with turkeys just prior to this shot. It was pretty amazing to see them up so high, but they didn't stick around for a photo op.
Went out with the camera tonight for the first time in too long.
Sunset looked promising so but ended up a big mass of grey!
So I decided to come home and, to help me get over my huff, edit a shot from a little while ago when the weather was much kinder.

Lightning and Fireflies with the head lights of an oncoming truck. This electric storm in Nebraska was one of the best lightning displays I have seen to date.

she exploded. surrounded with love and respect, she let her anger and frustration out in an aggressive way. they were no longer together. there was no longer family. only a brown bead, that sun torn off when she was trying to remove the necklace, was left in reminder of how the humanity was cruel and exploitative
