Check in was easy, staff was super friendly and the hotel is in a great location. There was one issue with our room not being completely cleaned but they sent someone up ASAP to clean it. They also have a really cool all glass elevator that gives you an amazing view of the city.

The property is undergoing renovations, but if all you need is a comfortable bed to sleep in, you can’t beat the central location and price. Staff was friendly and helpful and we had no issues.

We had a great stay! Wonderful hotel with extravagant interior finishes! Only thing that kinda sucked was checking in at 5:30pm took over 15 minutes in line with only one person working. We thought “oh well, must just be short staffed.” Not the case. We later walk through the lobby and see 4 attendants behind the counter with not a sole at the desk or in line. Seems weird. Checking out was the same experience.
